The normal figure for the systolic pressure is 120 millimeters and for the diastolic 80 millimeters it is really the average . If, the blood pressure in not maintained at the normal range for age and gender i.e. raised blood pressure there will be palpitations, shortness of breath on exertion, headache and change in eyesight with blurring of vision . Its main effects will be on the heart and blood vessels . therefore the maintenance of the blood pressure within the normal range is very essential for normal life . Thanks Allah who set up the balance . Also you can assess the importance of balance in the values of : Bicarbonate : 21_28 mmol/ L Bile acids : 0.3 _2.3 micro gm/ ml fasting Bilirubin : 0.2_0.1 mg/dl Bleeding time : 2_7 min Blooding volume : (M) 52_83 ml/hg (F) 50_75 ml/kg Any disturbances from the normal range will leads to many signs and symptoms |
